Today, RT State Management of RT Ministry of emergency situations held the expanded board on which the works of the ministry in 2009 have been summed up. Prime minister of Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, chief of Privolzhsky regional center of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation Igor Panshin, the head of RT Ministry of emergency situations Rafis Khabibullin, head of RT Ministry of internal affairs Asgat Safarov and other officials took part in a work of the board.
