Rustam Minnikhanov: “Professional personnel works in building sector of Tatarstan”

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in final collegium of RT Ministry of construction, architecture and housing. It was held in House of RT government in mode of videoconference.

Minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin reported on results 2009. He considers last year being rather successful despite all difficulties. Volume of works has increased for 16 % in comparison with 2008 and made 207 bln. roubles. Volume of rendered housing and communal services made 26,8 bln. roubles. Head of the ministry said that all anti-crisis measures had been fulfilled.

Among key tasks set before building sector Marat Khusnullin highlighted continuation of works for Universiade. 17 sport objects and 190 000 m² of Universiade Village are to be commissioned in 2010. Realization of project “Big Zelenodolsk” will also be continued. Development of memorial settlements will be under special attention in 2010.

As for housing and communal services it is planned to give consideration to increasing power efficiency and decreasing power consumption in particular. Head of RT Government exhorted to develop the institute of self-regulated organizations in building sphere. Upon the whole Rustam Minnikhanov considers that highly professional personnel works in building sector.
