Born on November, 21, 1967 in Agryz town, Agryzsky region, TASSR

Education

After finishing school in 1985 I.Sh.Khalikov did military service in Soviet Army. In 1987 he entered V.I.Ulianov-Lenin Kazan State University to speciality “jurisprudence”.

Stages of labor activity

1993-1995 – key specialist, acting head of management for short-term and long-term crediting, deposits and securities, head of administration of joint-stock commercial bank “Chelny-bank”

1995-1996 – deputy head of legal management of JSC “KAMAZ”

1996-2003 – director for finances, deputy director general on economy and finances - director on economy and finances, deputy director general on corporate strategy of JSC “KAMAZ”

From August, 14, 2003 to year 2005 – head of Administration of Naberezhnye Chelny city

From 01.01.2006 – head of municipal region Naberezhnye Chelny, Mayor of the city

From 22.04.2010 - Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan

From 26.10.2006 – Secretary of political council of Naberezhnye Chelny local branch of All-Russian political party “United Russia”, head of fraction of “United Russia” in city council of municipal region Naberezhnye Chelny, member of Political Council Presidium of Tatarstan regional branch “United Russia”.
