18 February 2016, Thursday

On February 18, during his working trip to Mamadysh municipal region, Tatarstan Preisdent Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a 40-apartment house on Centralnaya Street in the Mamadysh collective farm’s village. The construction of a 5-storey building was completed last December. Twenty six flats are provided under the social mortgage programme, 3 within the programme of resettlement from hazardous housing, 10 go to orphaned children, while one is to be sold. The cost of the building is 50.1 million roubles.

Executive Director of the State Housing Fund of the republic Talgat Abdulllin and Head of Mamadysh region Anatoly Ivanov took part in the event.

“In recent years, 1.5 thousand apartments have been built for “hazardous” residents. The Mamadysh farm opens its sixth building in this microdistrict today,” Anatoly Ivanov said, thanking authorities for continuing housing programmes.

“Mamadysh is beyond recognition. Each time we come here, we see new facilities, new production lines,” Minnikhanov noted.

He congratulated the new tenants. “What matters the most is there are prospects in constructing housing. This work will be continued,” Tatarstan president stressed.

Tatarstan President also visited the Mamadysh Polytechnic College, where training is provided in five specialties, including agriculture mechanization, economics and accounting, public catering technology, hardware and software operator, and automotive transport maintenance. The college has 680 students.

Accompanied by Tatarstan Education and Science Minister Engel Fattakhov, he looked around an exposition of technical and culinary art, as well as classrooms and equipment. Last year, the capital repair amounting 101 million roubles was performed at the college.
