Born on May 29, 1975 in Kant village, Kant region, Kyrgyzstan

Education:
• 1992-1997 – Kazan State University, philologist, teacher of the Russian language and literature;
• 2007-2012 – Russian Academy of Justice, lawyer;
• 2016-2018 – Kazan (Volga) Federal University, Master of Business Administration.

• 1996 - 2004 - teacher of Russian, Deputy Director on educational work, secondary school No. 126, Sovetsky district, Kazan
• 2004 - 2007 – Director of secondary school No. 15, Sovetsky district, Kazan
• 2007 - 2011 – Deputy Head of Administration of Sovetsky district, Kazan
