Rustam Minnikhanov about Tubetei restaurant: This is a good opportunity to present the Tatar cuisine, our national traditions

On December 5, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new fast food restaurant “Tubetei”. The project envisages the popularization of the Tatar national cuisine among residents and visitors of the capital of the republic.

Founder of the Tubetei network Sultan Safin briefed Minnikhanov about the structure and assortment of the restaurant. According to him, together with traditional Tatar pastries, including  echpochmak, elesh, chak-chak, visitors are offered to try new dishes such as kystyburger, yasheltyby, tatlyby with pineapple, etc.

While waiting for his order, Tatarstan President looked how work is organized in the kitchen. Safin said that the new restaurant introduced the best foreign practices for the effective development of fast food enterprises. Fast does not mean harmful, we use only fresh and natural products for cooking, he assured.

Minnikhanov appreciated the concept of the restaurant, noting that the quality of products and thematic content of the Tubetei restaurant can compete with the famous brands represented in this market.

"Such a format will be in demand not only in Tatarstan, but in other Russian regions and abroad. This is a good opportunity to present the Tatar cuisine, our national traditions. I wish you success!” Minnikhanov added.
