Rustam Minnikhanov holds meeting on realization of federal programme “PHARMA 2020”

On April 24, at “Tathimfarmpreparaty” pharmaceutical company Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on realization of the federal programme of development of pharmaceutical industry till 2020 “PHARMA 2020”.
Rustam Minnikhanov looked around the building where a pilot production of Kazan federal university will be launched, and production facilities of the plant.
Later on the same day, a meeting on realization of the federal programme “PHARMA 2020” was held. Director General of “Tathimfarmpreparaty” Timur Khannanov made a report on development plans of the enterprise.
There are currently two modern plants at the enterprise producing chemical-pharmaceutical, and surgical suture materials.
“Tathimfarmpreparaty” cooperates with Kazan federal university in the sphere of scientific research.
A new pilot production of innovative medicine and substances will be launched under “PHARMA 2020” project.

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage sites and confined to the International Day of Historical Monuments and Sites held in the Government House of the republic, the Aid to the Rais of Tatarstan Olesya Baltusova informed that in 2024 the Rebus Forum will be held on 14-15 November. She reminded that in the current year the forum will be named “Aglomerations: Experience, Opportunities. Challenges” and will be held with participation of China “as it will take place during the ROSTCI Forum.”
On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov together with speakers and experts, investors, representatives of start-ups and venture funds, large corporations and development institutes took part in events of the “zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum dedicated to the topic of “Technological Entrepreneurship: the space of highest skills.
On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin on behalf of the Government of the republic and the Director of the VOIN Center Igor Kazarezov signed an agreement on cooperation between the Government of the republic and the Center, which envisages interaction in issues of patriotic upbringing and military and sports training of youngsters.
On 24 April, speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Chairman of the Regional Committee on protection of Cultural Heritage Sites Ivan Guschin informed that in 2024 the Committee initiated historical and cultural expertise of nearly 100 sites and 20 archeological monuments to take them under state protection.
