Ambassador of Mexico in Russia is interested in expanding cooperation with Tatarstan

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico in Russian Federation Alfred Peres Bravo in House of RT Government. They discussed cooperation in some economic sectors.

Mr Alfred Peres Bravo expressed gratitude for warm reception in republic.

We remind it is the second time the Ambassador visits our republic. This time Mr Alfred Peres Bravo visited days of Mexican culture in Kazan State University.

At the meeting with RT Prime Minister Ambassador of Mexico announced that he is interested in cooperation with Tatarstan as one of the Russian regions. By his words today cooperation and trade relations between Russia and Mexico is well-regulated and it’s high time to have partners in other regions except for Moscow. In order to strengthen Russian-Mexican cooperation he suggested defining 2-3 strategic regions in Russia and make closer relations (work closer/more intensively) with them.

Thus, to expand cooperation with Tatarstan the following spheres may be involved: aircraft and helicopter building, borrowing oil-production and oil-processing technologies, cultural exchange, Mr Alfred Peres Bravo said.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov gave task to define some key projects interesting for both sides.
