Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the 29th session of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

On June 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin, members of Tatarstan Government took part in the 29th session of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The session held by Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin started with a minute’s silence in memory of the fallen in Great Patriotic War. WWII began on June 22, and this day was announced the day of mourning and remembrance in Russia. The war lasted for 1418 days and nights, millions of people died.

Thirty five issues including 19 regional and 12 federal bills are on the agenda. Fifteen bills were considered in the first reading. Four bills, about food safety, introduction of amendments to the Land Code, and organization of activity at medical departments of sobriety were considered in the second reading.

Also, a report on the work of Accounts Chamber in 2016 was presented at the session.

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage sites and confined to the International Day of Historical Monuments and Sites held in the Government House of the republic, the Aid to the Rais of Tatarstan Olesya Baltusova informed that in 2024 the Rebus Forum will be held on 14-15 November. She reminded that in the current year the forum will be named “Aglomerations: Experience, Opportunities. Challenges” and will be held with participation of China “as it will take place during the ROSTCI Forum.”

“Zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum held in Innopolis

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov together with speakers and experts, investors, representatives of start-ups and venture funds, large corporations and development institutes took part in events of the “zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum dedicated to the topic of “Technological Entrepreneurship: the space of highest skills.

The VOIN (Warrior) Center and Tatarstan Government sign a cooperation agreement

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin on behalf of the Government of the republic and the Director of the VOIN Center Igor Kazarezov signed an agreement on cooperation between the Government of the republic and the Center, which envisages interaction in issues of patriotic upbringing and military and sports training of youngsters.
